Newlywed Patralekhaa blushes as paps call her ‘bhabhi ji’

Patralekhaa and Rajkummar Rao returned to Mumbai on Wednesday night after their grand wedding in Chandigarh. The newlyweds were greeted with eager paps and a sea of fans. As they posed for the cameras, the paparazzi addressed Patralekhaa as ‘bhabhiji’ and the actress soon started blushing.



For the airport look, newlywed Patralekhaa opted for a gorgeous red saree while Rajkummar looked dapper in a contemporary white kurta shirt and pants. After a decade of togetherness, the couple tied the knot on November 15, 2021 in Chandigarh. Sharing a photo from the wedding, Rajkummar penned on Instagram, “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa Here’s to forever .. and beyond." Their magical nuptials were attended by a whole lot of Bollywood celebrities. Farah Khan, Anubhav Sinha, Hansal Mehta, Huma Qureshi, Bhushan Kumar, Raj and DK were in attendance among several others.


Post the wedding, Rajkummar will reportedly resume the shoot of his next venture with Anubhav Sinha. He will be shooting in Lucknow for ‘Bheed’. It is only after wrapping his portions that Rajkummar and Patralekhaa will jet off for a dreamy honeymoon.
