Nargis Fakhri's birthday: Times when the actress made headlines

Nargis Fakhri marked her debut in Bollywood with Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Rockstar'. And in the first movie itself, the actress grabbed the attention of the audience which she deserved. The actress went on to star in several movies and made a place for herself in the industry. She also took a hiatus due to "health issues".

In an interview, Nargis had told that she has no problem with cosmetic surgeries. The actress added that everyone wants to evolve and she will get one if she ever wants to do it. She went on to add that cosmetic surgeries are made for people who have suffered trauma. Nargis also added that women's body goes through changes after delivering babies. She told Filmfare, "And if it wasn’t for science, these women would be pushed aside and not be considered beautiful anymore. Why should a woman be denied a life of excitement just because she is 60, older, wiser and her periods have stopped?"

Nargis and Uday Chopra were in a relationship for 5 years. The actress told ETimes, "he was the most beautiful human I met in India." She also added that she regrets not talking about their relationship openly. She also added, "The internet and social media, is very fake and the people out there won't know what the truth is."

There were reports that suggested that Nargis left Bollywood after her break up with Uday Chopra, however, she told ETimes that she quit movies due to her health issues. She also stated that when she wanted to return to films, the COVID pandemic started.

Nargis, in an interview, revealed that she lost many jobs as she didn't agree to do "some things". She stated that she was not hungry for fame and hence, she didn't agree to go nude or sleep with the director. The actress added that it was heartbreaking.
