‘Koi…Mil Gaya’ follows the life of Rohit, a developmentally delayed young man, who discovers an alien, Jadoo, after a UFO lands near his home. Jadoo’s supernatural powers enhance Rohit’s mental and physical abilities, helps him overcome his bullies and make Nisha fall in love with him. However when the government gets to know about Jadoo, they seek to capture him. Rohit bravely and amiably defends his alien friend, eventually helping Jadoo in his escape. By masterfully blending science fiction, emotions, and innocence, the film establishes a foundation for India's first superhero franchise.

Ranbeer gradually gains the children's trust and apologizes for his mistakes by love, compassion, and funny scenarios. Lessons like compassion, forgiveness, and the ability of magical intervention to mend broken relationships and start a new family are all conveyed in this charming family drama.

But Shashi, a kind ghost who had been in the tree for almost a century, is set free by this ritual. Shashi recalls her tragic romance with poet Phillauri and her sudden passing prior to marriage. Shashi's presence helps Kanan in confronting his worries as he works through wedding-related issues. The moving story explores themes of love, grief, and closure while blending comedy, romance, and mystical elements. In the end, it reveals an emotional connection between the past and present.
