Milind Soman found an interesting way to make his 55th birthday extra special. The star sent the internet into a meltdown when he treated fans to a glorious photo of himself sprinting on the beach wearing nothing but his birthday suit. "Happy birthday to me," he captioned the cheeky click.

Singer Sam Smith has been candid about his struggle with body confidence. But it seemed like he worked on his issues as he stripped down and ran on the beach and into the sunset, wearing absolutely nothing. Sharing the photo he captioned it 'PURA VIDA' which translates to 'Pure Life'.
