Meera in Shankar’s next production

Meera Jasmine, whose performance in Run opposite Maddy was appreciated, shot to fame in Kollywood with movies like Pudhiya Geethai, Aayutha Ezhuthu and Sandakozhi.
Though most her flicks didn���t click at the box office, Tamil audiences will always remember her as a bubbly heroine who could perform well.
The latest we hear about her is that she has signed Anandapurathu Veedu with director Shankar���s S Pictures.Usually, Meera takes a long time to sign a movie and this time too, she has taken her time to decide. And finally, it was a ���yes��� from her side. She will be paired with Nanda in the movie directed by Marma Desam fame Naga.
Naga, known for his narrative style of direction has made TV serials like Vidathu Karuppu, Chidambara Ragasiyam and Edhuvum Nadakkalam. Since he is more famous for his thriller stories, we can expect Anandapurathu Veedu to be of that genre.
It���s also believed that Anandapurathu Veedu will be S Picture���s costliest venture so far. Lyrics for this venture will be penned by Kavi Perarasu Vairamuthu.
