In 2010, the film ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha’ was released. With the stellar performances of stars like Rajkummar Rao, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Anshuman Jha, and more, the movie to date has an impression on the audience. And now after more than a decade, it is the sequel of the very movie that has piqued the interest of cinema lovers. Though the makers have not revealed the release date of the movie, they did share some interesting details related to the film that have added to the anticipation among the fans.
The makers chose October 30, which is called National Text Your Ex Day, as the day to promote their tale of love and betrayal. They coined the term World Dhokha Day, and with the same attached some quirky, funny, scary but relatable quotes on exes. These quotes are accompanied by a burning skeleton head, a burning teddy bear, and more. Basically, all things that complement the Halloween theme.
The caption with the post reads - “Agar aapne bhi karliya hai experience Love, Sex aur Dhokha toh aaj hai celebrate karne ka mauka (accompanied by a heart-break emoji) #NationalDhokhaDayLSD2
Prior to this, the makers shared a reel with ‘LSD 2’ written on it, backed with the title song of the first installment. In the caption of the post, it was mentioned - “Sachha Pyaar nahi ek Dhokha hai, Kal ka din apne Ex ko yaad karne ka mauka hai DHOKHA DAY is coming your way, stay tuned”
Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, the film is scheduled to hit the big screens next year.
