Karan Johar is definitely a hands-on dad. The flamboyant filmmaker who welcomed twins Yash and Roohi through surrogacy in 2017 has often opened up about how life with them is infinitely better and how they are his lifelines.
In February this year, the twins turned five and Karan shared a heart-warming video with them on his IG handle. He wrote, "“To my lifeline…. My purpose…. My everything.:.. I thank the universe everyday for bringing them into our lives….. they are 5 today…..I can’t wait for the rest of my life because I know they are with me …. Roohi and Yash.”
Karan has made sure that all the love and pampering aside, his kids remain grounded and know their values. Recently, the paps discovered how well his kids have been brought up, when Karan told them to do "namaste" to the media waiting at the airport. The twins happily obliged as Karan quickly bid goodbye and moved on.
Karan has often opened up on his privilege and how he could afford being a single father, not just financially but also in terms of the wonderful support of his mother Hiroo Johar who plays the role of both grandmother and mother in their lives.
On the work front, Karan will next produce Yodha, starring Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna, later this year.
