Jaya Bachchan films at Bengali market

On Sunday, Alia Bhatt and Jaya Bachchan shot for their upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani at Bengali market in Mandi House. One of the most popular sweet shops of Bengali market was turned into ‘Dhan Lakshmi sweets’ – a shop owned by Jaya Bachchan’s character in the film. A source tells us, “The scene involved Alia’s character visiting Jaya’s sweet shop.” Following locations like Qutub Minar and Lajpat Nagar, shooting for the film is next expected to take place at a hotel in Delhi.
