<br /><br />He believes that when energy flows in the right direction, it’s foolish to divert it to things that cause anguish. <br /><br />So Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalitha’s comment that ''Oberoi attracted maximum publicity without doing anything for the tsunami victims’ doesn’t evoke any reaction from him. <br /><br />"No comment. Please try and understand," is the continual response. <br /><br />When asked whether Vivek bashing comes easily to people or is it that he invites criticism, he replies, "I don’t think it’s about Vivek bashing. I must have consciously or unconsciously provoked people to react the way they did. I must have been imprudent certain times. Wisdom is an ongoing process. Once you do that life becomes much more easier to handle."<br /> <br />So has he made up with Salman too? <br /><br />He says he stands by what he did two years ago at the time of the infamous Vivek-Sallu fiasco where Vivek held a press conference alleging threats by Salman. <br /><br />So would he consider working with him? “I will cross that bridge when I come to it,� he smiles. <br /><br />All set for his next release <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Kaal</span>, Vivek admits that he is glad to work with his “favourite actor� – Ajay Devgan. <br /><br />"There is Shah Rukh Khan who I have always looked upon as God. And I have a lot of respect for Karan Johar. It’s not right because the girl has put in so much of hard work which is being ignored because of such rumours. I don’t think she looks like Ash. Give the girl a break,� he laughs.<br /><br />And adds, "When Dia Mirza and Celina Jaitley made their foray in the industry, they were compared to Ash. I have no qualms about working with Sneha if I am offered a role." <br /><br />Finally, he dispels all rumours that the Vivek-Ash romance is fizzling out.<br /><br />"I believe you can ward off evil’s eye by not discussing certain good things in life.
