Huma Qureshi's next film is 'Pooja Meri Jaan' with producer Dinesh Vijan

With the announcement of Maddock Films’ Pooja Meri Jaan and her birthday coming up on July 28, things are looking exciting for Huma Qureshi. This quirky film is Huma's second collaboration with producer Dinesh Vijan after Varun Dhawan's Badlapur.
Reacting to the announcement of Pooja Meri Jaan, Huma said, "It’s a working birthday for me and I love it. Honestly, I’ve worked throughout this last year and I am really grateful for that.Looking forward to keep being busier and happier." This film also features Mrunal Thakur, Vikram Singh Chauhan and Vijay Raaz. The shooting of the movie has recently wrapped up. Pooja Meri Jaan is directed by Navjot Gulati and co-directed by Vipasha Arvind. The film has been written by Kanishka and Navjot Gulati.
Earlier this month, Huma made big impact with the teaser of Maharani Season 2, where she features alongside actors Sohum Shah and Amit Sial. There's been anticipation around this follow up to the OTT show, considering Season 1 of Maharani was appreciated for its political and dramatic themes.

Apart from Pooja Meri Jaan and Maharani Season 2, Huma also has a series of other releases this year from Double XL to Monica O My Darling and Tarla Dalal.
