The moment dates back to 2015 when the actor chose to spend the festival at home. He shared a light-hearted post capturing their simple yet joyful celebration. He wrote, "Sat with AbRam & a bucketful of balloons & threw them at our own feet! Then shirtless went for a drive in the driveway!! Happy Holi all!"

The actor’s Holi moment stood out because of its spontaneity. There were no grand parties or colourful gatherings. Instead, it was a father and son enjoying the festival in the most uncomplicated way. Shah Rukh and AbRam threw water balloons at their own feet. It became one of the most memorable celebrity Holi posts of that year.

A year later, in 2016, The Kapil Sharma Show gave audiences another glimpse into Shah Rukh’s family life. In a humorous segment, the actor spoke about AbRam’s unique accent. He revealed, “He is so confused because everyone speaks Marathi at my home. We speak in Delhi-style Hindi. Some people, like my son, speak English and his nanny speaks Malayalam.” Shah Rukh said the mix of languages often led to funny moments. He recalled AbRam saying, “Papa, this is very heavy,” in a half South Indian and half-Marathi accent. He added, “He is a truly patriotic all-India child. He speaks in all languages.”


Host Kapil Sharma could not resist adding his signature humour. He joked, “I request you on behalf of the entire country. Your son AbRam is very adorable, but please teach him Hindi. If he ends up speaking perfect South Indian, how will it look for Shah Rukh Khan’s son?”
