Recently, there were reports that filmmaker Farah Khan would be choreographing the sangeet ceremony and now, social media is abuzz with the news of how the actress has already planned her wedding trousseau. Everyone's guessing who will be designing Sonam's bridal lehenga.
With the rumoured wedding only a few weeks away, there are a few hints that fashion designer and Sonam's long-time friend Anamika Khanna could be stepping in. A while ago, Sonam had made her sartorial preferences clear by giving away a clue as to what look she would prefer on her wedding day. She appeared on a bridal fashion magazine cover with Anamika, which was titled, "I do".

For the magazine's photo shoot, Sonam flaunted an Anamika Khanna ensemble, which was a classic, yet contemporary red lehenga with ivory floral embroidery and embellishments that elevated it to become a standout celebratory design. The designer from Kolkata has dressed Sonam a number of times and has also sculpted feminine looks in pastel shades for the actress' appearance at international award shows.
If the wedding does happen next month, the actress has ample reasons to select her long-time friend to do her trousseau, as the designer is known for understated, feminine, but modern designs which is synonymous with Sonam's personality.
