In October, Govinda accidentally shot himself with his own licensed gun at home while preparing to leave for Kolkata. The gun slipped from his hand and went off, injuring his leg. He was hospitalised and had surgery to remove the bullet but has since been discharged and is recovering. When Shilpa visited Govinda after his accident, she asked how it happened and where his wife, Sunita Ahuja, was. When Govinda said Sunita was at the temple, Shilpa jokingly replied, “Phir goli kisne maari?” In the trailer, they are seen dancing together on stage, and Krushna jokes, “Bohot saal baad mile, aaj nahi chhodunga,” before they share a hug.

Krushna remembered the pet monkey from the 1993 film 'Aankhen' and joked that he now has a pet donkey. He also described his co-star Kiku Sharda, who was dressed in green. However, it was Govinda who made the audience laugh when he pointed at Krushna, dressed in black, and said, “Nahi kaala kurta pehna hua hai, woh bhi gadha hi hai.”

Govinda is preparing to reunite with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal for 'Bhagam Bhag 2', the sequel to their hit film 'Bhagam Bhag'.
