Actress Mrunal Thakur is making the right noise with her impressive line-up of films. In the latest, her Telugu debut Sita Ramam has received rave reviews in which she stars alongside Dulquer Salmaan, Rashmika Mandanna and Sumanth. Mrunal's performance as Sita has been lauded by critics and audience alike and she is definitely one actress to watch out for in near future. Here are some of her upcoming films:

Pippa

Pippa is a war based film directed by Raja Krishna Menon and is based on India's victory over Pakistan in the 1971 war that led to the creation of a liberated Bangladesh. Mrunal Thakur shares screen with Ishaan Khatter, Soni RAzdan, Priyanshu Painyuli among others. The film is slated to release in theatres on December 2.

Aankh Micholi

In Umesh Shukla's family comedy Aankh Micholi, Mrunal Thakur stars opposite Abhimanyu Dassani, along with an ensemble cast including Paresh Rawal, Sharman Joshi and Divya Dutta. Touted to be a big ticket family entertainer, the film narrates a story of a family of misfits trying to get the daughter married to an NRI. The family is anxious to ensure a quick marriage before the boy and his family come to know that the girl suffers from a problem. What ensues is a series of outlandish comical twists and turns, but the boy has a secret of his own!

Gumraah

Helmed by debutante director Vardhan Ketkar, Gumraah is a crime thriller that brings together Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur on the screen for the first time. While Aditya plays a double role, Mrunal plays a cop in the film and the two end up in an intense face-off. The film is an official remake of South film Thadam.

Pooja Meri Jaan

Starring Mrunal Thakur, Huma Qureshi, Vikram Singh Chauhan and Vijay Raaz, Pooja Meri Jaan, directed by Navjot Gulati, is a story of a girl Pooja being stalked by an unidentified man. The teaser showed an admirer of Pooja sending her an email, and she has the choice to to either say yes, or see him become history. The mail reads, “Dear Pooja, agar tum haan bol do toh humara pyaar itihaas ban jayega aur agar tumne naa bola toh main itihaas ban jaunga!” Now, what happens next and how Pooja reacts to the mail remains to be seen.
