Children's Day is an occasion to rejoice at the love and innocence of children, and it should be spent more wonderfully with stories that are entertaining, inspiring, and offering little learning lessons. Whether it is a story about overcoming challenges, the might of one's dreams, or the glory of being friends, movies can give precious lessons in life while keeping the children engrossed. Here are some heartwarming, thoughtful films that would be great for viewing with children on Children's Day. 'Taare Zameen Par' (2007), 'The Lion King' (1994), 'Toy Story' (1995), 'Secret Superstar' (2017), and 'Dangal' (2016). Each of these films brings out a kind of message about courage, resilience, and that family matters.

'Taare Zameen Par'

'Taare Zameen Par' is a really well-worked film that lets the story of Ishaan, a young boy suffering from dyslexia, and how help and hope come to him through a sympathetic teacher unfold. 'Dangal' is a highly inspirational movie that tells the story of two young sisters who rise against all odds to turn into champions by wrestling against social pressures under the guidance of their father.
