Double whammy for 'Udta Punjab' actor Diljit Dosanjh

Actor Diljit Dosanjh seems to be in a fix these days with two of his movies - his Bollywood debut 'Udta Punjab' and a sequel of his successful Punjabi film 'Sardraarji 2'- are releasing back-to-back.
Diljit wanted to completely focus on promotion of his very important Hindi movie, but now he will have to divide his time between the two movies.
After getting delayed for months 'Udta Punjab' is finally getting released on June 17 whereas 'Sardaarji 2' will be out in theaters on June 24.

"No actor wants his two films to release even at a to months gap, leave aside just one week. However, there is just no breathing space between the two films," said an industry observer, while speaking to DNA.

In Delhi NCR and Punjab, where the last year release, 'Sardaarji' was super successful,it is going to a clash between two of Diljit movies.
"Either way the actor will lose out on some volume of audience for sure," said a trade expert.
