According to the reports, Sajid was by his father-in-law’s side till the end. He was also present at the funeral. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “Sajid was by Divya’s father side when he passed away. He was at the cremation the next day. For Sajid, Om Prakash Bharti was like his own father. He calls Divya’s parents mom and dad. Now that the patriarch is gone, Sajid will look after Divya’s mom just like any son.”
Meanwhile, Divya was just 18 years old when she got married to Sajid. She kept her wedding under wraps and even her father came to know about the same months after she tied the knot.
