Karan Johar

Karan Johar follows the OMAD (One Meal a Day) approach to intermittent fasting, which means he consumes all his daily calories in just one meal, as per an Indian Express report. This strict regimen helps him maintain a lean physique and high energy levels despite his busy schedule.

Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan practices OMAD, a form of intermittent fasting where he eats only one meal a day, as per an Indian Express report. This routine has helped him stay in remarkable shape well into his 50s. The actor believes that OMAD not only aids in weight management but also improves digestion and mental clarity.

Malaika Arora

Malaika Arora incorporates intermittent fasting into her lifestyle by fasting every alternate day, she mentioned while speaking with Curly Tales. However, the actress also mentioned that she does it every other day.

R Madhavan

R. Madhavan shared his weight loss journey with intermittent fasting, emphasizing that he achieved it without exercise, running, surgery, or medication. He followed a strict routine that included eating only food good for his body, heavy chewing of food (45-60 times), finishing his last meal by 6:45 pm, and avoiding raw food after 3 pm. He also practiced early morning long walks, early nights with deep sleep (avoiding screens 90 minutes before bed), drank plenty of fluids, and ate lots of green vegetables and easily metabolised, unprocessed cooked food. This disciplined approach helped him shed significant weight within 21 days.

Alia Bhatt

As per a HealthShots report, Alia Bhatt’s nutritionist, Dr. Siddhant Bhargava, revealed that she followed the 16:8 intermittent fasting method combined with a vegetarian diet plan to lose 16 kilograms in just three months before her first movie release. This approach involved fasting for 16 hours and eating during an 8-hour window, which helped her achieve significant weight loss effectively and sustainably.

Jacqueline Fernandez

The 36-year-old former Miss Sri Lanka Universe once shared that the secret behind her toned physique is intermittent fasting. According to HealthShots, much like Alia Bhatt’s routine, Jacqueline finishes her last meal by 7 PM, starts her day with lemon water, and eats her first meal around 8 AM. Her diet is rich in fruits and vegetables while staying low in sugar and fats, helping her maintain both energy and elegance.

Bharti Singh

Bharti Singh made a remarkable weight loss transformation. The comedian shed 15 kgs in just ten months, crediting intermittent fasting and a healthier lifestyle for the change. As per HealthShots, Bharti revealed that eating her first meal at 12 PM and the last by 7 PM was a game-changer. During her 7–8-hour eating window, she still enjoyed her favourite foods like parathas with butter—in moderation, while fasting for the remaining 16 hours.
