Bhagyashree to Sneha Ullal: Salman Khan’s iconic heroines who gave their biggest hits with the superstar

Superstar Salman Khan is known for launching a new bunch of talent in Bollywood whether it be his heroine in a film or young debutants for his production project. From 1989 to 2019, many actresses have marked their big debut starring opposite Salman Khan. However, there were a few actresses who had a promising start but disappeared without a trace. From 'Maine Pyar Kiya's' Bhagyashree Patwardhan to Lucky's lead star Sneha Ullal, here are the Salman Khan's co-stars who had a short fling with Bollywood.

Bhagyashree Patwardhan (Maine Pyaar Kiya)

Bhagyashree was Salman’s first heroine who portrayed the role of Suman, in the 1989 release 'Maine Pyar Kiya'. She became an overnight sensation with her girl next door stint, however, she wasn't able to make a mark with any of her other roles. After marriage, the actress just faded away from Bollywood. She had to leave acting behind for her family.

Sneha Ullal (Lucky)

Sneha Ullal made her big Bollywood debut with 2005 release 'Lucky'. The actress garnered a lot of attention as she was introduced by Salman Khan as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's doppelganger. However, immediately after the debut, she chose to leave Bollywood and move to down south. She is now quite famous in the Telugu industry.

Bhumika Chawla (Tere Naam)

Last seen in 2016 release 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story', Bhumika Chawla marked her entry in Bollywood starring opposite Salman Khan in 'Tere Naam' (2003). Even after giving a smash hit film, she opted to move to the south film industry.

Revathi (Love)

Revathi was a known face in the down south way before she made her Bollywood debut opposite Salman Khan with 'Love' in 1991. However, she missed making a mark with her appearances in the Hindi cinema. In 2004, she had turned director for the film 'Phir Milenge' in featured Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Shilpa Shetty in quintessential roles.
