Avinash Tiwary's shares how Amitabh Bachchan helped him break the intimidation barrier

In the world of cinema, some names are considered legends, and Amitabh Bachchan certainly makes the very list. Sharing a screen with him or performing in his very presence is a dream for many but at the same time intimidating as well. Therefore, it didn't come as a surprise when actor Avinash Tiwary shared how nervous he was while shooting the show 'Yudh' with him.

In a candid revelation, actor Avinash Tiwary recounted the moment he was working with Big B on the Anurag Kashyap show. Tiwary confessed to initially feeling the pressure of sharing the screen with the megastar.



He did everything possible to stay calm. Even watched Muhammad Ali videos to ensure that he doesn't succumb to intimidation. However, the day arrived when Bachchan made a grand entrance on set, instantly garnering everyone's attention. He remincised how everything changed on the sets as Amitabh arrived.

Further, as Avinash prepared for a scene with a seven-minute monologue, he felt the weight of nervousness. However, upon its flawless execution, Amitabh Bachchan, impressed by his performance, not only made the entire crew applaud but also personally hugged him. Avinash admitted that this gesture elevated his confidence to cloud nine, dispelling any lingering fears of industry intimidation.


The actor emphasized how this experience shattered preconceived notions, fostering a newfound belief in his abilities to stand alongside industry stalwarts.

Looking ahead, Avinash Tiwary's next venture includes the Kunal Kemmu-directed comedy 'Madgaon Express.'
