Arbaaz Khan is foraying into the Malayalam film industry, making his debut in Mollywood with all-time superstar
Mohanlal in his upcoming starrer titled '
Big Brother'. The film directed by acclaimed director Siddique will see Arbaaz playing the role of a law enforcement officer named Vedantham IPS and will be seen in a lot of action sequences.
An excited Arbaaz today took to his social media handles to share a picture with Mohanlal and director Siddique to announce that he will start shooting for the film from July. Sharing the picture, Arbaaz captioned, "Super excited about working with the Legend Mohanlal sir and ace director Siddique sir. It’s my debut in the Malayalam film industry with a film called “Big Brother”. So looking forward to the shoot in July"
Arbaaz Khan is expected to join the sets of the film once he completes the schedule of Salman’s '
Dabangg
3', which he is co-producing with his brother. The film is being helmed by Prabhudeva.
Director Siddique has worked with Arbaaz’s elder brother
Salman Khan in the 2011 film 'Bodyguard' and was elemental in roping in the actor for the big budget project.
On the professional front, Arbaaz Khan is also set to make his Kannada debut alongside actress Patralekhaa in 'Where Is My Kannadaka'. The action comedy entertainer will be directed by husband-wife duo Raaj and Damini.
