Amid rumours of Deepika Padukone working with Luv Ranjan, fans protest with #NotMyDeepika

Deepika Padukone with Ranbir Kapoor was recently spotted at director Luv Ranjan’s home. The rumours are doing the rounds that the actress was there to discuss about an upcoming project with the filmmaker. Fans of the actress doesn’t want her to work with a filmmaker who in the past has been accused of sexual harassment and making chauvinistic movies. In the wake of the same, they have started a hashtag on twitter

In October, 2018, during the #MeToo movement, Luv Ranjan was also one of the names who was accused of sexual harassment by actor. He denied the allegation, and Nushrat came in his defence.
Meanwhile, when on Friday evening, Deepika and Ranbir were seen Luv Ranjan’s house, which lead to speculation of the two coming on the screen together again. An official word of the same is yet to be out. On the other hand, recently the reports of Ranbir Kapoor working as the co-leads in one of Luv Ranjan’s upcoming films came out. The movie also stars Ajay Devgn.
