Actor Kulbhushan Kharbanda's daughter Shruti Kharbanda ties the knot with Rohit Navale in a royal wedding celebration in Jodhpur

Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace witnessed yet another royal wedding when veteran actor Kulbhushan Kharbanda’s daughter Shruti Kharbanda tied the knot with Rohit Navale in a grand ceremony on Monday. Shruti, wearing a red bridal lehenga, made an entry to the mandap with her dad while the song Nachdi Phira played in the background. Groom Rohit Navale, on the other hand, chose Ban Ja Tu Meri Rani as his entry song.

On Sunday, British singer and songwriter Jay Sean arrived in Jodhpur to perform at the sangeet ceremony. The ceremony started with Shruti and Rohit entering the stage amid cold pyro fireworks. The couple then danced together on Ed Sheeran’s song Perfect, which was followed by a few performances from their close friends and family members.

The highlight of the ceremony was Jay Sean’s performance to superhit songs including Ride It, Down, Stolen and Do You Remember. Earlier, when we spotted him at the Jodhpur airport, the singer said, “It’s my first visit to Jodhpur and I am looking forward to a fun night with lots of music and celebrations.”

The sangeet ceremony was followed by an after-party that went on till the wee hours. Juggy D, a British singer of Punjabi origin, performed at the after-party along with Jay Sean. The duo performed to their hit numbers and got loud cheers from the guests.

Mandira Bedi, Ashish Chowdhry, were also spotted at the Jodhpur airport on Sunday to be a part of the wedding bash. JP Dutta, Jasbir Jassi and Harshdeep Kaur arrived in Jodhpur to be a part of the celebrations on Monday. Harshdeep performed at the wedding ceremony.
