Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit starrer 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' is considered as one of the cult movies of Bollywood. Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, the film was a remake of the 1982 film 'Nadiya Ke Paar'. The movie was a perfect blend of Indian values, traditions, and romance. Today, as the film completes 24 years in Bollywood we bring up five reasons why 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' is still a perfect family entertainer.

Ensemble Cast

The film revolved around the story of two families. The movie featured actors like Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Monish Behl, Renuka Shahane, Reema Lagoo and Alok Nath. Each actor had a defined role which enhanced the film. The relationship between all the actors was perfectly captured in the movie.

The music of 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' is still fresh among the audience. Composed by Raam Laxman the songs of the film were so situational that they became a perfect fit for every occasion. Songs like 'Maye Ni Maye', 'Didi Tera Devar Deewana', 'Joote Dedo Paise Lelo' still considered as top songs for many wedding functions till date.

Tuffy

It is said that dogs are man's best friend and Tuffy's character in the film proved it to be true. The white pomeranian dog played an integral part in the film. From being the empire during the cricket match to reuniting Salman and Madhuri in the film Tuff was a perfect treat to watch back then.
