. Set in Gujarat, the show that also stars Mahima Makwana is a love story of two distinctly different people who fall in love amidst unusual circumstances. In the city on a promotional tour, Akshit says, “We shot in Sidhpur and then Rani Ki Vav. But due to time constraints, we couldn’t spend much time in Ahmedabad. Now that I am finally here, I am looking forward to an eventful day ahead.” And it indeed turned out to be an eventful day for Akshit as Ahmedabad Times took him to a popular chai ki tapri where he had his share of some garma garam chai and farsan. Not just that, he even tried his hand at making tea. “This is really fun,” said Akshit while stirring the boiling tea.
SHOOTING IN SIDHPUR AND RANI KI VAV WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCEI remember my first day at shoot. Sidhpur is such a beautiful place. It has a very unique feel to it. And we shot the scene where Raja and Rani (the two lead characters from the show) meet for the first time at Rani Ki Vav, and just being there was an amazing feeling. Gujarat has become an integral part of my life as all the firsts in your life are extra special and I will always remember shooting my first TV show here.I REMIND MYSELF DAILY THAT THIS IS WHAT I HAVE WORKED SO HARD FOR ALL THESE YEARSOur shooting schedule is really hectic and there is hardly any time to socialise. Earlier I used to spend a lot of time with my friends. I don’t even get time to sleep. But this is what I have worked so hard for. Now that I have got one, I can’t crib about not having time. That’s why I remind myself daily that you are living your dream, enjoy it.
