Oza is one of the most sought after actors in the Gujarati film industry and is well known for his acting and singing talent. Now, in his latest social media post, Parth has supported AMC’s latest

decision

of a complete lockdown of the city where only milk and medicine shops will be allowed to be open. All other stores have been ordered to be kept shut along with food, grocery and other delivery services as well. Taking to his Instagram account, the star shared a post saying that he totally supported the state government’s decision adding that this was brought upon the city by its own residents.

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation just announced a complete lockdown for the city after the cases of Coronavirus infected people in

Gujarat

saw a sharp spike in the past few days. Also, considering that Ahmedabad has seen the most number of positive cases in the state. After this decision, several areas in the city saw people resorting to panic buying of groceries and other essentials and in turn caused a lot of chaos in those parts of the city. Parth shared the post supporting the decision of the AMC, considering that Ahmedabad was a red zone for the virus. He also blamed the residents of the city for not having followed the rules set by the AMC earlier and causing the rise in the Coronavirus positive cases.

He accompanied the post with the caption, “Much Needed Lockdown, Ahmedabad take care, it's shameful on our part, COVID-19 is spreading because of our unregulated exposures. #stayhome #staysafe.”
