Ashwani Natya Mahotsava held in Varanasi

Ashwani Natya Mahotsava, a theatre festival organised by Nagari Natak Mandali, saw some impressive performances. Theatre goers enjoyed the play Mohbhang, directed by Salim Raja.
The play depicted the story of a retired man who is exposed to the bitter truth of being unwanted by his own family. While the other play, Punnu Ke Darjee revolved around the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in which the protagonist, an old woman, loses her husband.
