BIT Mesra holds annual photo fest

The photographic society of the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, celebrated Utkrisht, their annual photography fest recently. The event was a three-day celebration that inculcated in students a sense of photography through various events and technical workshops. The IC arena of the college was decorated very elegantly with various props and frames.A beautiful photo gallery was the main attraction of the event, each photo expressing emotions through its exquisite details. To add to the theme of ‘happy snapping’, a standing Snapchat frame was placed where the crowd could get themselves clicked. An advanced photography and lens workshop by Saptarshi Chakraborty, a professional photographer, was organised on the final day of the event.
