Pre-wedding shoots trend in city this wedding season

Pre-wedding shoots trend in city this wedding season
Pre-wedding shoots have now become a ritual of sorts among new-age couples. To keep their social media accounts updated with new photographs, couples don’t hesitate to spend in lakhs for those perfect shots. People usually hire those photographers, who provide them with a complete package — right from pre-wedding shoots to post-wedding photographs. Saurav Anuraj, a wedding photographer, said, “Couples look for candid shots and mood pictures. We try our best to make each shoot unique, artistic and beautiful using various methods, like photo booths, props, theme photo shoots and more. We experiment with different poses as people aren’t shy like they used to be earlier. We charge around Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 for the entire wedding package in Patna and the rate increases if the shoot is at an outdoor location. The most preferred locations outside Bihar are Kolkata,

Sikkim

and other regions of the Northeast. We also provide them trendy albums and wedding invites in the same package.”

Inspired by film scenes and celebs
Not just the photographers, sometimes couples too come up with interesting ideas for shoots and the city-based photographers leave no stone unturned to meet their expectations. Yuvraj Kumar, another wedding photographer, who recently did a pre-wedding shoot for Yash and Sakshi in Manali, said, “We have totally changed the pre-wedding culture in the city. sometimes, People visit us with pre-wedding photos of some celebrities. They want to get clicked in the same fashion. Our team works hard to meet their demands in the best possible way. Recently, we have done some shoots in Goa, Delhi, Manali, Jodhpur, Jaipur and West Bengal. For the pre-wedding shoot, we charge around Rs50,000. The rate is flexible and it depends on the location and the arrangements that a couple demands.”

Pooja Singh, who has just completed her MA in English literature, is all set to get married this season. Recently, she got her pre-wedding shoot done. Pooja said, “My fiancé, Avnish Kumar Singh, and I went to Sikkim particularly for the shoot. It was raining there and we made the most of it. We got our pictures clicked in the rain. Some of the photographs resemble scenes from a

Bollywood

film. The weather, hills and landscape were just perfect for a memorable shoot.”

Memorable moments for couples
For some couples, these pre-wedding shoots also provide an opportunity to enjoy some beautiful moments with their partners away from the wedding hustle and bustle. Yash Raj Vardhan, a businessman, who got married in February this year, said, “Our pre-wedding shoot was a great experience for both of us. We chose Rajgir as the location for our shoots because it was the nearest scenic place from Patna. Komal, my wife, was very happy with the idea. Besides getting clicked, we also spent some memorable moments, which we will cherish forever.”
