This farewell, party organized by students of a fashion designing institute in the city, was certainly high on the fashion quotient. Backless cholis, designer saris and spaghetti tops with mini skirts, raised the temperature of the already hot afternoon. Shruti Gupta’s geometrical patterned sari not only earned her many compliments but also the title of Best Dressed.
The do turned out to be really special for Anuja Agarwal as she was declared the College Queen. Interestingly, Anuja had also won the Miss Fresher title two years back.
The party also had its share of fun moments. Games like musical arm and tongue twisters spiced up the get-together. The game of musical arm where instead of a chair the senior had to grab the arm of a junior when the music stopped, was enjoyed by everyone. Pooja Kanodia was declared winner of the game. The tongue twisters were quite difficult and no one seem to be endowed with the gift of the gab.
As the party concluded, emotions were running high. Pradeep Anand Singh, director of the institute after giving a word of encouragement to the passing out students, requested them to stay connected. “I am always available for you all,” he said.
