Nashikites pay tribute to Swatantryaveer Savarkar

Various programmes were organised in the city recently, to pay tribute to

Swatantryaveer Savarkar

. Many eminent personalities and people visited the

Savarkar wada

in the city, on the occasion.

Musical schools organised a recital of the Sagara Pran Talmalal song written by Swatantryaveer Savarkar, to mark the occasion. Various rallies were also organised, where participants chanted Swatantryaveer Savarkar and various other slogans were raised.

Sargam Music School organised a programme based on the songs on, and written by Swatantryaveer Savarkar. Singer Nandkumar Deshpande,

Sudhir joshi

presented various famous patriotic songs too, at a programme held at

Panchavati

. The student band of

Bhonsala Military School

also performed on the occasion.
