Ashoka College conducts tree plantation drive

With the monsoon in full swing,

has seen many

tree plantation

drives take place over the past month. Now,

Ashoka

College has also joined this league. Recently,

students

and staff from the college conducted a tree plantation drive in the premises, besides the village of Chadashi.
This initiative was a part the mega tree plantation drive by the state government, which hopes to achieve a target of 33 crore trees by its fourth phase of plantation.
Apart from college students, villagers and eminent personalities also participated in the event.
