Taal Utsav took Nagpurians on a musical sojourn

player performed at the ‘Sangeet Prabhakar – Taal Utsav’ recently. It was organised in memory of noted table player Late Pt Prabhakar Desai collectively by South Central Zone Cultural Centre and Taal Sadhana Samooh Sanstha at Scientific Society Hall.

lovers enjoyed a musical treat and responded with wah-wahs. A few were even spotted swaying their heads during the performance. Performers were quite delighted with the positive response.


The organisers were happy to recieve a decent turnout, considering the current COVID-19 situation. We heard people discussing about the change in the way events are being organised now. Needless to say, people used sanitisers and wore masks during the performance.
