It is the group’s thought that cleanliness is next to godliness, and a clean surrounding will automatically promote a healthy environment for all citizens. Working on this ideology, planners of both these volunteering groups also ensured that adequate precautions were taken to safeguard the health of the participants during this activity. This included the compulsory use of hand-gloves, masks, caps, shoes, soaps, sanitizers, camphor, etc. Everyone was urged to carry their own drinking water, and residents also made sincere efforts to ensure that each one remained constantly hydrated on this warm forenoon. Eating Nagpur oranges further ensured that proper nourishment was received by all. Participants were also asked to maintain safe distance while working. The I-Clean group specialises in cleaning the area and then painting the walls with cleanliness-related messages and attractive Warli designs, which are native to this region.

This was their 199th spot in the region and the roup has recently completed five years of their formation.
