In a first-of-its-kind, unique event, Paris glittered in Mumbai and the fusion between fashion and home décor came to life.
The world’s most high-powered and leading fashion and home décor trade show chiefs shared their invaluable insights. Brilliantly organised by Raj Anand of Promosalons for Paris Region Economic Development Agency (PREDA) the event was a dialogue between French exhibition organisers and Indian Designers and it was held at Sussanne Roshan’s concept store.

The French Consul General Jean-Raphael Peytregnet and Jean- Luc Margot-Duclot, Executive Vice President PREDA flagged off the evening.
Etienne Cochet the chief of Maison & Objet and Paris Capital of Creation, gave the global perspective.
As did Premiere Vision’s Jacques Brunel, Eurovet’s Taya de Reynies, Silmo’s Eric Lenoir and Thierry Vannier of Galeries Lafayette. Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan, Fardeen Khan, Zayed Khan, Zarine Khan, Queenie Singh, Natasha Poonawalla, Penny Patel, Maheep Kapoor, James Ferreira, Lascelles Symons, Marie Lou Phillips and Nandita Mahtani. Arjun Rampal sparkled the evening. As did Zeba Kohli’s Eiffel Tower shaped chocolates. The trail-blazing fashion show by Gauri and Nainika, was dramatically accessorised by Little Shilpa’s headgear. The scintillating evening (moderated by Francophile Rashmi Uday Singh) clearly highlighted that Paris continues to reign as the fashion capital of the world.
