Chai pe charcha on arts

Manthan, a discussion on tea, was organised at an art gallery in Aliganj, under which Professor Pankaj Panwar shared his experience in the field. In the session, he spoke about growing up in the Arts College campus in Lucknow, his illustrious artist parents, studying at Shantiniketan and MS University, Vadodara, and the Royal College of Art, London. He was also accompanied by Alok Kumar, Jai Krishna Agarwal and Rajeev Nayan.

The gathering comprised young artists and art students of Lucknow University and a private institute as they asked questions as per their understanding to widen their horizons in the field of arts. During the session, Anurag Gupta, a 20-year-old art student, drew a sketch of the main speaker of the evening. He closely observed the expression of Pankaj as he made an amazing sketch of his face.
