A day flavored with qawwali music
It was held at Government General Hospital
They sang songs in many languages including Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil, including those by musicians like Mehboob. Their group is called Jalwa Qawwali Sangham and the songs they presented include 'Tu Ameere Haram,' 'Kannu randu kannu' and 'Kayalarikathu Valayerinjappol.'
The event was organised by Kochi Biennalle Foundation.
