Hyderabadis enjoy at Kangan

City P3Ps were recently spotted enjoying a relaxed evening at Kangan, the signature Indian venue at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace.
In keeping with the tradition of innovation, a new menu has been introduced at the eatery. The eatery is a contemporary interpretation of rustic Indian flavors mainly from the North-West Frontier region of Peshawar. Also inspired by the culinary traditions of the Middle East, Iran and Afghanistan, the food style incorporates the richness of indigenous curries from various regions across India.From Salmon Tikka, Lasooni Jinga Tandoori and Baigan Ki Launj, to vegetarian delights like Dahi Ke Kebab, Peshawari Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Khumb, the guests were raving about the delectable and aromatic dishes. With an extensive wine list specially created to complement and enhance the robust Indian flavors, the evening was surely an enticing culinary journey.
