Hyderabadi youngsters talk of society and betterment of nation
StuMagz, a student platform, is providing an opportunity for youth to speak up and present solutions to problems plaguing the nation.
The initiative’s focus was on agriculture, Swachh Bharath, Digital India, women empowerment and India in 2025. 70 students came to this event on occasion of the 70th republic day and spoke about various issues. In agriculture, initiatives like Rythu Bhima were commended and more solutions were presented by the students. Utilising technologies like Big Data and Blockchain to aid agriculture was one of the key points presented here. Swachch Bharath was also discussed, especially the efficacy of the scheme and what can be done more towards making India cleaner. India in 2025 was another much spoken about topic at the event, as students spoke extensively about using e-vehicles to reduce pollution and also spoke on adding more focus on arts too in terms of education as opposed to the current trend that only focuses on engineering.
“I have been working with students for years now and through my journey I realised students come up with really great solutions to solve crucial problems. This initiative was an attempt to put forth some of those ideas and give students a platform to share their ideas,” said Sri Charan Lakkaraju, the CEO of stuMagz.
