Boo! Agh! It’s Halloween weekend in Goa

A few easy days after the Dussehra weekend, Goa will be buzzing yet again, with Halloween parties. While Halloween is on Sunday night, event venues, nightclubs and restaurants have started hosting their gigs from Friday night, with a few big parties lined up for Saturday night.

, right across the street, to come up with a unique Halloween street for the first time. “There will be decor from DTR to Soho. People are going to be dressed in costumes and there are prizes to be won for the best costumes. Special Halloween themed drinks will be on the menu. And Goa’s DJs are booked for the big night,” says

Hilltop

is hosting a Halloween bash complete with face painters and DJs like Ankytrixx, Sequ3l, David Phimister,

Stargaze

and others. One needs a valid RTPCR report and double vaccination certificate to enter this party.
Halloween-themed decor and shots are being planned at the party at Cohiba too. “Guests are encouraged to dress up in costumes and the 10 best costumes will get gifts. There will be face painters to amp up your look, and the decor will be Halloween-themed. Halloween-themed shots for the guests are being planned too. Instead of getting DJs from other cities, we have consciously booked DJs from Goa itself, since it’s been a tough year for most artists,” says Santhosh Zachariah from the organising team. Other popular nightclubs like Cape Town Cafe has their Halloween bashes too.
