Sunil & Sushma's 25th wedding anniversary

The ‘silver’ lining: Being happily married for a quarter of a century calls for a grand celebration. Sunil Mittal and his wife Sushma did just that, as they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with their friends.
The hosts of the evening were their daughters Aanchal and Vaishali, who were busy with the mehmaan nawaazi. The hall was decorated with some old pictures of the couple, with captions like ‘Jab we met’, ‘Happily married’ et al.
coming together: So who all came in to congratulate the couple? Arun Jaitely, CK Khanna, vice president, DDCA, former test cricketer Surinder Khanna, Chetan Chauhan, Ravi Jain, Sareen, amongst others. We also saw filmmaker Satish Kaushik and model-turned-actress Deepti Bhatnagar with hubby Randeep and son Shiv. Satish made a late entry to the party, and said, “I was in Delhi for the promotion of my new film. I had also been to Jaipur this morning to visit a temple and have just got back now. I couldn’t miss attending this party as Sunil is a very old friend.”
gaana-bajaana: Amidst the congratulatory messages, gifts, and recalling those good old days, a performance by Vandana Vadehra and percussionist Darpan added some more fun at this silver jubilee bash.
