Challenge, Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) organised the 14th Culinary Art India Award at

Pragati Maidan

. The 14th edition of Culinary Art India was organised by Indian Culinary Forum & Hospitality First in association with ITPO along with the International Food and Hospitality Fair. The winners of the four-day culinary competition were bestowed with awards in the presence of Chief Guest, Vijay Wanchoo, senior vice president, The Imperial Hotel among other names from the culinary fraternity.

from around India showcasing their culinary expertise through chocolates, cakes, fruits, vegetables and everything that’s

edible

, out of which total 142 chefs won the gold, silver and bronze medals for their culinary excellence. The objective of the competition was to establish an opportunity for senior and apprentice chefs across India to display their individual and combined skills, creative talent, learn and share experiences.
