It was an evening where the city peeps got to witness something that was unique. Keeping the theme of the upcoming Margazhi month in mind, a photography exhibition, which is the precursor of an upcoming dance conference was held in the city. The exhibits on display, all represented unique perspectives on Indian classical dancers and classical dance forms. The photographs are all captured by eminent photographers such as Avinash Pasricha, G Venket Ram, Santhosh Kumar, Sreedhar Vaidya, Satyajit Dhananjayan, Usha Kris, Inni Singh and Karthik Venkatraman, most of whom attended the launch. Also spotted was art afficianado, Sharan Apparao, who was seen appreciating the displays. Krithika Subramanian, the convenor of the conference, and the host for the evening, was spotted graciously welcoming everyone and indulging in conversation with those present.
