Lal Bahadur Shastri's biography released in Punjabi

The Punjabi translation of ‘Lal Bahadur Shastri: Lessons in Leadership,’ was released in Chandigarh on June 22. The English version was released by HH Dalai Lama and Hindi by Anna Hazare. The Punjabi translation ‘Lal Bahadur Shastri: Agvaai De Sabak’ has been done by Dr Satinder Singh Randhawa. This is a biography of Lal Bahadur Shastri and presents a recollection of Shastri’s childhood, adult and public life, poignantly narrated by his son, Anil Shastri and interpreted by Pavan Choudary.
Speaking at the release of the book, Anil Shastri said, “Shastriji’s story is one that needs to be told at multiple levels. He has left behind a legacy that is hard to match. When the book is read by millions in India, I am certain it will leave them inspired.”
