IEHEians start financial literacy campaign

The NSS volunteers of the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (

IEHE

) recently organised a one day financial literacy camp for the people residing in the slum areas near the college. The students set their feet on ground and went door to door to make the people aware. They not only told them about the different applications that can be used for doing monetary transactions but also helped them understand the different ways in which they can be trapped by a fraudster. The citizens of the country are using digital wallets actively but the people who reside in the rural areas or in the slum areas still not familiar with the ways.
