IEHE students bid a colourful adieu to campus

During the last semester, the final year students have mixed emotions for some it is a wrap, and for some, it is time to bid goodbye to their second family. Amidst the independent pre and post farewell parties, the most awaited one by the students is the official college farewell. Students and teachers of Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE) bid a grand farewell to the final year students recently.The day was devoted to walking down the memory lane and reminiscent the times spent in the college. Ramp walk was organized after which Mr Eve and Ms Eve title were procured by the students. Various titles like Ms Rapunzel, Ms Sugar, Ms Dabang, Mr Popular and Mr Eve were distributed to the students. The students danced till they dropped not only on Bollywood and Hollywood songs but on Bhojpuri numbers as well.
Director Dr ML Nath blessed the students with his words of wisdom and said, “Even though teachers might not remember you by your name, but they know that you are their student. After being trained in a guarded premise for three years now, it’s your chance to prove your mettle.” Balikaran Gurjar while sharing his experience said, “I can sum up my three years of graduation in just one word, and that is Apart from education, I have earned some lifetime relations from this institute. The realisation is still drawing upon me that my college life has ended.” Another student Shrutika Badur said, “I will miss the spots where we spent our free time like the canteen, triangle, library and staircases. Eating spicy hot near the Kaliasot Dam during our bunk time is something which we did almost every second day. Even though initially we all wore the uniform with an uninterested face but now it has become a part of our lives.”
