The annual cake mixing ceremony was held by the poolside at ITC Windsor and was jointly hosted by ITC Windsor and ITC Royal Gardenia to set the ball rolling for their
Christmas festivities last Saturday. The afternoon soiree saw the city’s society set socialize over beverages and canapes, before they got busy mixing the nuts and grapes for the Christmas cake.
Executive chefs Yogen Datta and Uchit Vohra and their patisserie brigade guided the guests, who enjoyed this mixing activity before they tucked into a special lunch. Spotted enjoying themselves were Rubi Chakravarti, Ila Naidu, Harish Bijoor and Praveen Sood among others.
