Bangalore celebrates the environment and Earth Hour at Crowne Plaza

Eco-friendly Bangaloreans kicked off the long weekend with a celebration of the environment. Several of them were at the Crowne Plaza, which hosted Nature InFocus, a wildlife photography event, which was followed by dinner. Several of the guests got to meet wildlife photojournalist Steve Winter and even got signed copies of his book Tigers Forever. The hotel staff and guests also marked the Earth Hour by switching off all the electric lights and lighting candles.
