The second edition of the Aum Panchamritam Dance Festival, will be held at MLR Convention Center, Brigade Millenium, JP Nagar on Saturday.
Aum Panchamritam is a festival conceptualized by Shringar Mani Guru SDebasish Pattnaik, who is an eminent Odissi Dancer based out of Bengaluru. It is an amalgamation of five types of Indian classical dances - Odissi, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Bharatanatyam and Mohiniattam.
Eminent artistes from all these dance forms will be getting together on one platform to showcase the diversity and beauty of the various types of Indian classical dance.
Panchamritam is a mix of five nectar elements put together to form the divine concoction that is used in every sacred ritual to purify, and later given out as prasad to all devotees.
Sandalwood lyricist Kaviraj will gracing this occasion as the chief guest.
