Justin Bieber used Christmas Eve 2025 reflect and speak honestly about healing. The global pop star known for the songs 'Baby', 'Peaches' and more took to Instagram and shared a deeply personal post that spoke about love, self-reflection, and inner struggles. Known for often expressing his emotional journey online, he wrote an emotional message.

What Justin Bieber said about healing

In his Christmas Eve post, Bieber encouraged reflection and emotional honesty. He wrote, “Christmas time is that time to reflect and ask yourself what you really want. What truly fulfills? Christmas is a reminder of Jesus and the free gift of forgiveness only he can offer.Reflecting on this reminds me of all I have went through. And how he has brought me through it all. Letting go resentment is hard but when Jesus reveals hisself as willing and able, it’s hard to deny him.” He followed it with a message of reassurance, adding, “Hope wherever you are you can lean into this love that meets us exactly where we are no matter what.”




The post included images of handwritten notes titled A Message. One line stood out clearly, “I grew in a system that rewarded my gift but didn’t always protect my soul.”

Another honest note on pain and anger

Recently, the singer shared another long note on Instagram, opening up about his struggles with healing and anger. Bieber admitted that constant advice to “fix himself” has left him drained. He wrote, “People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I am broken. I know I have anger issues.”

He continued by sharing how years of self-work left him exhausted. “I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them… And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry,” he wrote. He concluded with quiet honesty, “The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am… because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately, aren’t you.”

Christmas joy with son Jack

Alongside the emotional reflections, Bieber also shared heartwarming moments from Christmas with his son, Jack, who is 16 months old. The toddler looked adorable in a red Santa hat with a white puffball. He wore a bright red sweater and grey sweatpants while exploring a private jet.
